Olds Demolition & Salvage Ltd are an approved contractor to County, District and Borough Councils including various Government Departments such as Health Authorities, HMP Services and Education services. We also regularly carry out work for professional bodies such as developers, large scale building companies and private sector enterprises.
We aim to recycle on average 96% of our waste from site. We believe that recycling direct from the source is the best route for a sustainable future with most of our materials being split down on site before being taken to a recycling centre or reclaimable materials being taken for resale at our reclamation yard.
Olds Demolition & Salvage Ltd.’s project portfolio ranges from small residential and community projects through to extensive Multi Discipline Contracts both as principal and sub-contractors. We prepare and submit detailed method statements, risk assessments and if required, demolition environmental management plans for all contracts. We ensure our paperwork conforms with all relevant laws and regulations inline with both the HSE and the CDM regulations.
